Braison: I am going to need some parts for my truck.  I need five bumper brakes and three oil filters.  Oh, and I also want to get some new curtains for my house while I am out.

Cousins

Payton, my brother BJ and wife Krista's son, spent the night with my mom last night, so we got to spend some time with him during/after church today.  He is so adorable.

Lilian and Braison can not get enough of him :o)

Easter Weekend

The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and repentance and forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name. Luke 24:46-47

Our church had a program and egg hunt on Saturday for the kids.  The performance was a lot of fun and then we did the balloon release.  It was crazy winding out there, imagine that.

We didn't stay for the egg hunt, there were a lot of people and we had a couple of pretty hungry/tired kids.  So, we went to lunch then home to color eggs instead.

Then, Easter morning we got up, checked out our little loot from the bunny and got ready for church.

After church we headed to Ron's mom's house for a wonderful lunch and egg hunt with Grandma, Grandpa, Auntie Sydney, and Aunt Jen.  The kids had a blast.  Then it was nap time for all of us.  We had a very nice dinner at my mom's house to finish off the weekend.  Nana, Papa, Grandma, Grandad, and Grandma Shirley made our Easter dinner/birthday dinner (for John) a great one.

After our hundredth egg hunt, we were able to relax and visit.  Thank you everyone for making our Easter so fabulous.

**Yes, both kids were too scared to sit beside the Easter Bunny, so Grandma had to be a buffer.
